Physical activity was woven into daily life, and this is exactly the message we want these European University Games to cònvey. have created opportunities to offer students-athletes moments of prevention and education on healthy lifestyles, turning them into ambassadors of longevity, ambassadors who spread the behaviors of longevity among their parents, their families, their friends, their world. This initiative is fully aligned with the memorandum of understanding, signed by FederCUSI and the One Health Foundation for health promotion.

Our goal is not just to welcome you here; we want every athlete to take a piece of the longevity culture back to their own countries and their own worlds. Movement, physical activity, healthy nutrition, and prevention are the fundamèntals of longevity.

The greatest gift we can offer to you is to make you conscious of this culture, empowering them to spread it within your own lives and countries.
